Important Note

• Hotel Check inn/Check-Out Time as per individual hotel Policies
• Base Category Room will be provided in Each Hotel.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per instruction given by the hotels
• Star Categorization of hotels in Himachal Pradesh are categorized based on location, services, facility and costing and not as per star categorization i.e. 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, ill Health, Snowfall, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Customers must carry the tour itinerary, Hotel vouchers, cab details, valid id proof of all the travellers
• Extra bed means extra Mattress.

Terms & Conditions

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
• The GST is under consideration by the Government of India and as and when the same is enacted the same shall apply to you without any intimation.
• We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
